Je nach Pflanze werden die Öle schonend durch Wasserdampfdestillation (z. B. Nadelhölzer, Pfefferminze, Eukalyptus, Lemongras) oder durch Kaltpressung (z. B. Zitrone, Grapefruit, Mandarine) gewonnen.
- Waldluft: charakteristische, harzig-frische Noten von Latschenkiefer, Zirbe und Fichtennadel, abgerundet mit kühler Pfefferminze.
