The Magnesium Oil Vital Spray from Casida is a solution of 31% Zechstein magnesium chloride dissolved in water. Due to its high concentration, the magnesium oil spray feels oily, but it is not an oil in the true sense of the word. It contains around 103 mg of elemental magnesium per milliliter.

Optimal Use

Apply 5 to 20 sprays daily to arms, legs, and stomach. Gently massage the magnesium oil in and leave it on for at least 15-20 minutes. Then, rinse it off if necessary.

Tip: After drying, a thin layer of salt may remain on the skin, which can be rinsed off after about 20 minutes.

Optimal Use

Magnesium oil is ideal for massages, especially sports massages, for active relaxation and regeneration. Avoid contact with open wounds, mouth, and eyes!

Sports massage: Massage strained muscles with magnesium oil before and after exercise to loosen muscle tension and support recovery. Especially suitable for the back and calves.
